I am writing to let you know of my appreciation of the service I recieved from Sonya and Mike Whitmell in selling my home of 20 years and purchasing my new home. My daughters and I met Sonya at an open house late 2002. From the first meeting I felt very confortable with Sonya. I was selling my home in Midhurst after the passing of my husband and Sonya was sensitive to our needs and feelings at all times. It took time for Sonya to list my home but Sonya was very patient. Sonya and Mike worked very hard advertising, showing and having open houses on a regular basis resulting in a satisfactory sale. With the sale of my home in Midhurst, Sonya and Mike guided me through the purchase of my new home. I think we saw every bungalow in the north end of Barrie. What started out as a business arrangement has ended in a friendship. I will not hesitate to recommend Sonya and Mike to any friends I have to sell or purchase a home.
